eduroam(UK) does not gather any personal information from end users, but various processes behind the scenes require us to be able to contact the management and administrators in subscribing organisations. The administrator’s information is needed for us to set up your organisation’s eduroam subscription and to access the service. Eduroam is a network of WiFi hotspots, available world-wide at participating educational and research institutions. As a Binghamton University Faculty, Staff or Student you can use your Binghamton University Computer Account to securely sign on to Eduroam at any participating institution that advertises the eduroam WiFi network. The password is found via MinIT in the Eduroam section. Once you have logged in you will be connected automatically to the network when you are within range. It will also work at other universities and colleges within and outside Sweden that are participating in the Eduroam partnership.
